Em is passionate about helping women become the best version of themselves through health and fitness.

When you have goals and start working on yourself for yourself you unlock your true potential. Through building your confidence, learning to love yourself through every stage of your journey and pushing yourself to your limits to grow, you find out who you really are and what you are really capable of.

My passion is showing women that it's okay to be strong, to lift weights, to fuel your body with enough calories to grow and focus on creating sustainable lifelong habits. To educate around proper training and nutrition to ensure you reach your goals in a healthy way. You learn on your journey with us, so you can maintain your results and continue to grow long after we finish working together.

em's story

2017, I was 26 years old. I was lost, with no direction, no drive, living in a small town with no goals. I was unhappy with how I looked. I was skinny; I had no curves and bad posture. I had zero confidence. The worst part was I was so weak, I would get dragged around by my dog and couldn't open things or lift heavy household objects. I worked a 9-5 job I hated and struggled. If this wasn't bad enough I was victim of "clean eating" and "health foods" and had developed a bad relationship with food and was in a vicious restrict and binge cycle.

One day I was on Instagram and found all these strong women, lifting weights, getting on stage in sparkling bikini's and eating all this food. I started following and watching these women's workouts on YouTube. I wanted to be like them. I wanted to be strong, have goals, and improve my physique and look fit like them.

The next day I joined the gym. I walked in with no idea what I was doing. I copied the workouts they did on YouTube and completed the exercises with bad form and no clue. At the time, it felt like people were looking at me and judging me. I never gave up.

I fell in love with the gym and lifting. I started eating more and never felt better. Once my physique started to change, my confidence grew. Training gave me discipline I had never had before, it taught me to work for what I wanted and to always improve. and I wanted to turn my newfound passion into a career to help other women like me do the same. Instead, they would have someone to guide them.

Over the years, I have studied to be a personal trainer, worked on the gym floor as a PT, studied my certificate in applied sports nutrition and many other courses to improve my knowledge. I have learnt from industry leaders through classes, seminars and coaching and aim to upskill my knowledge at all times. When you stop learning, you stop growing.
